President, InterData Access Corporation, 1995 to present, providing technology, online resources, intranets/extranets, internet marketing and web development for commercial real estate, executive suite and office business center industries around the world, and partnering to bring the most cost effective solutions and the latest technology and resources to industry.

Online Directories Unlimited, a division of InterData, provides complete project management and web development services, includes resources,  programming (Cold Fusion, JavaScript, ASP, SQL, etc.) and design for feature rich and interactive web sites, including SSL encryption and e-commerce.

Managing Partner, IP Global Communications, LLC, Atlanta, Georgia, 1999 to present, resellers of technology products, software development, systems integration, webbased applications, intranets, extranets, and business products.

President, Garner & Associates, Inc., (G&A) Atlanta, Georgia. 1990 to present, strategic planning consultants specializing in the executive suite / office business center industry; consulting resources and providing mergers & acquisition services to the industry.  

Partner, Virtual Imaging, division of G&A, specializing in real estate (commercial & residential) marketing services, specialized image photography,virtual tours using iPIX patented products; panoramic photography; and enhanced video productions.

Previously served as: Owner, Operator, Business Support Services Center, Dunwoody, Georgia, 1990 -1993, a 35 office executive suite/office business center.
