Food and Alcohol Safety Training

Jean Dible is president and founder of GA Food Safety Professionals, a mobile food & alcohol safety training school in Atlanta, GA. Jean’s career in foods and nutrition has expanded over 30-years, beginning with a BS degree in foods/nutrition & education from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA.

Jean's food background includes community adult education in foods and nutrition for Washington State University and The University of Arizona, as part of the Cooperative Extention Outreach programs through both universities.

In Jean's experience with both universities, she trained several hundred 4-H leaders in foods and nutrition. With the general public, Jean lectured and trained thousands of adults in foods and nutrition in-person, and through news articles, and television in Washington State. After the University experience, Jean worked for a number of years as a corporate trainer and sales manager for the Armour Meat Co. throughout the Southeast.

Currently Jean teaches restaurant management food safety certification classes in 4-languages, with the help of translators. Jean is also a restaurant consultant and a restaurant food safety auditor inspector. Ms Dible has expanded her food safety knowledge from the ground to the air and the Aviation Industry and works closely with several Aviation Caterers. Another dimension to Jean's teaching and experience is training aviation employees in food safety standards. The aviation food safety training is the same as on the ground, but is modified to meet the needs of aviation employee and passengers 40,000 feet above the ground.
